Does RewardRace work on any Shopify theme?

Yes. RewardRace auto-detects your theme and drops a floating launcher in the corner. No theme edits, no dev work — you can go live in under 5 minutes. Custom placements are supported on Shopify 2.0 themes.

Can I import customers from another loyalty app?

Yes — bring your CSV with email + current point balance and we will migrate everyone in minutes. Existing tier mappings can be carried over too.

How do referrals actually get tracked?

Each customer gets a unique referral link with a discount code attached. We track the click → checkout journey with first-party cookies plus order tag fallback, so attribution survives ad blockers.

What languages and currencies are supported?

The widget ships in 18 languages out of the box and reads currency from Shopify Markets — so points and discounts always render in the buyer's local currency.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Starter plan is free forever for stores up to 500 orders/month. No credit card required.
