📖 Overview #

The Survey Feature in your Shopify Loyalty App allows merchants to collect feedback directly from customers on product pages. Merchants can design custom surveys with multiple slides, assign them to products, and track responses — all seamlessly integrated into their storefront. By active block extension from theme editor.

Survey Create #

• Survey creation form: title input + display position (Currently only product page shown)
• “Create” button to create

Survey List #

We can manage survey from this list. We can edit, add slide to the survey, delete it. More over we can check the response of survery at survey dashboard

Slide Management #

• Slide creation form with question types (single choice, multiple choice, rating, text input, etc.)
• Slide list with “Edit” and “Delete” buttons
• View slide response at slide dashboard
• A single survey can consist of one or more slides

Slide Create #

• Slides are reusable, editable, and can include input fields like:
• Text input
• Rating
• Single choice
• Multi choice
• Yes/No toggle
• And many more
